Very cold day, but also one of the most beautiful winter settings I’ve ever seen.

This is the last photo from the Ski trip this year. I like the photos and the blog, so we’ll see if I can keep posting into the new year.

Interesting lighting, but also bitterly cold.

Kind of hard to see from the photo but this was a very windy, snowy scene intermixed with patches of sunlight on the Alp Trida area in Samnaun.

Over the ridge from Ischgl and into Switzerland is the town of
Samnaun, home not only to a lot of fine skiing but also to a thriving
set of duty-free retail outlets.
